Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with CAWF Group LLC. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a customer.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased directly through our website.
  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided (receipt or order number).

Note: Certain items such as digital products, downloadable content, or custom orders may not be eligible for return. See Section 5 below for exceptions.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at Cadmin@cawfgroup.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided in the instructions (shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of your refund status.

3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a product was purchased with a discount or promotion, only the amount paid (after discount) will be refunded.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order separately.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products, downloads, or streaming content.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Personalized, made-to-order, or final sale items.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Send photos of the damaged or incorrect items to cadmin@cawfgroup.com and we will correct the issue at no additional cost.
